Studio Rentals

Our 4 limited studios are available for 4-month to 12-month leases and can be found around the perimeter of the Rumman Room. Two are available off the Gallery, while two are nestled behind the Dry Bar in the Event Hall.

Averaging 100 sqft, each room comes with expansive windows and plenty of natural light, it’s own ventilation, and network drop to hardwire into high speed internet. Each wall has an outlet. Each room also comes with it’s own key.

As a studio tenant, you will have Resident Artist status. You’ll get priority access to booking spaces for your own events and classes, as well as regularly being featured in our exhibits. The Art Lab will also always be available to you during weekdays as long as it is not pre-booked.

Rates will depend on your lease term. A 1-month security deposit will be required to start the lease. Utilities are included in the lease price.
